A great deal of damage is being inflicted upon people in deep sorrow due to fact that our concepts of "depression" are based upon both secular and legalistic constructs. Rethinking Depression admonishes the church to return to a biblical perspective on the very real human struggles of sorrow, guilt, and hopelessness.
